Since sometime between 1600 and 1700 UTC Saturday (Sunday morning here),
the entire VPS host for IRLP reflector 9550 went down.  No traffic is
passing their border router, it seems.  This affects the following services:

    IRLP 9550-9559

    Echolink conferences:
    *PRIDE*
    *VKEMCOMM*
    *AUSSIE*
    *VK3JED*

    D-STAR reflector REF023.

Where possible, please use alternative services.

    For IRLP 9550/*PRIDE*, see https://prideradionetwork.weebly.com/network--repeater-info.html

    For IRLP 9556/*HAM* see https://anzel.radio/

There are currently no alternate sites for *AUSSIE* or *VK3JED*.

D-STAR users will need to find an alternative reflector temporarily.
For those who normally use REF023 C, and are able to access the XLX
network, I suggest using XLX432 C on my XLX reflector, which can be
    reached as REF432 C, XRF432 C or DCS432 C.
