This message and the prior messages from "Amitla" violate the tilde.club
code of conduct in several points.

1. "Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions."

Lionizing the prospect of executing people is not considerate.

Telling people to prepare to submit to the sword and learn their
conqueror's language is not considerate or respectful.

2. "Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and
speech."

This offending message and all the messages prior to it, are part of a cleverly-designed harassment campaign that the troll is attempting to
unleash in the newsgroup. The troll is attempting to generate
controversy and debate around issues of war and conquest. This is not
within the scope of use of tilde.club services. Take note that
tilde.pink already banned "Amitla" for the same behavior.

This same Russian troll visits other forums and protocols and uses the
same tactics to cause alarm and discontent.

3. "Violence, threats of violence or violent language directed against
another person."

The imperialist remarks about imminent conquest and executions violate
this point.

4. "Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following."

If you are wise, and read "Amitla's" initial post and the posts
following, you will be able to deduce the tactics are a carefully
contrived method of harassment. "Amitla" is a expert troll using
carefully devised, expert tactics to create confusion and tension among
the participants. They are not merely expressions of opinion. They are contrived expressions presented in such a way as to cause suspicion, contention, concern, and alarm.

In short Amitla is a troll using expert disruption tactics while saber-rattling an ultra-nationalist ideology of conquest and execution
of all dissidents. This is designed to provoke either a reaction or
drive users out of the forum.

Supporting narrative and suggestions

Amitla the troll should not have a voice in polite society. Amitla the
troll should be banned permanently from tilde.club.

This community is not for partisan politics, especially ginning up
support for partisans in a war. Although, I think that by mentioning the
war "Amitla" is just using a troll tactic to agitate ill-will in the
groups. In other words, Amitla does not actually believe its own
rhetoric. The rhetoric is designed to harass, intimidate, and cause
concern and alarm.

What normal, sane person comes into a new place and introduces themself
by immediately talking about taking sides in a war? What normal, sane
person comes into a new place and introduces themself by immediately
talking about his country conquering the whole world and executing
everyone who does not learn their new master's language?

Admin, please do something to get rid of this fake Russian troll. Even
if you must switch to requiring authentication it is better than
enduring this sick person's bilous crank.

I believe he/she/it is actually not even Russian but is using
translation software. I believe the use of broken English is a ruse and
this person actually speaks and writes very fluent English, and probably speaks English as its mother tongue.

If this troll is who I think it is, it is a very mentally deranged
person who trolls other networks and chat rooms with the same Russian nonsense, knowing full well these are English-speaking environments and
having no respect for that fact. It usually starts off with some
pro-Russian statement then starts posting in Russian. Then the really
nasty stuff follows. You do not want it to get that far. It gets really
nasty. When the troll I am thinking of creates enough contention it
begins posting pornographic filth to finish driving everyone out of the
venue. Let's not risk it getting to that point.

Being kind and inclusive does not mean allowing people to walk all over
you and speak in a foreign language in an English-language culture like
this. Being accepting of other cultures usually also includes being
respectful of the culture you are visiting, which Amitla violates. Being accepting of other cultures does not include allowing someone a soapbox
to glorify execution of those who don't submit to conquest. This kind of tactic is a form of intimidation that some trolls use to cause aggravation.

From the FAQ section on "Don't be a jerk," we can read, "Tilde has a
great community culture and we're trying hard to keep it that way. We're working on some netiquette outlines for people who are new to all of
this." Amitla is working single-handedly to torpedo the community culture.

Now would be a good time to lay down the law: English only, unless
working on a translation or translation files or something relevant to linguistics.

If you ban just Russian language "Amitla" will possibly use a translator
to some other language. I suggest a hard rule of English only.

Another option is to create a tilde.russian group and restrict Russian language posts to that. But again, I suspect the user, "Amitla" who is
posing as a Russian, is not really Russian, is actually a native English-speaker, and will continue with unhinged, violent rhetoric and ultra-nationalist saber-rattling.

If Amitla is not just a troll, but actually believes its own rhetoric,
then it should be reported to law enforcement and mental health services.
