1 pk (12 to 16 oz) rice noodles
2 tb Sesame oil or more
6 tb Honey
5 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Oil
2 tb Crushed red pepper
1/4 c Fresh basil; chopped
1/4 c Chopped green onions
1/2 c Peanuts
Cook noodles to al dente. Mix all liquid ingredients. Pour over
noodles. Mix in with basil, green onions, peanuts and red peppers
before serving.
