Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Sunday
hosted a convicted child sex predator on his podcast to defend Russian
president Vladimir Putin.

Kennedy's guest was Scott Ritter, a former United Nations weapons
inspector who served jail time in 2011 after exposing himself to a cop
posing as a 15-year-old girl. The sex pest was brought on to discuss
"Putin's Wagner Crisis" as the leader of a Russian mercenary group turned
against the authoritarian leader. Ritter has predicted that Putin "will
go down in history as one of the greatest leaders of all time."

The podcast episode comes as Kennedy has been surging in the polls as
voters grow weary of the prospect of a second term for President Joe
Biden, who will turn 81 later this year. Nearly two-thirds of Democratic
voters say they would consider backing Kennedy over Biden, according to a
recent CNN survey.

During the show, Ritter slammed the Russian mercenary leader who turned
against Putin, Yevgeny Prigozhin, calling him "a traitor" who "stabbed
Russia in the back."

Ritter and Kennedy also speculated that the CIA could be behind the
Russian coup attempt.

"I believe that eventually they're going to show that [Prigozhin] was
influenced by foreign powers to carry out a coup d'Xtat designed to
collapse the government of Vladimir Putin," Ritter said. Kennedy
responded that there was "chatter on the internet that the CIA was behind
this insurrection as a regime change, but, you know, who knows whether
it's true or not."

Ritter, who during the Iraq war gained fame as an outspoken critic of the
Bush administration, is a controversial figure due to his criminal
history and his strong support for the Putin regime. In 2009, Ritter was
arrested after masturbating on a webcam in front of a police officer
posing as a 15-year-old girl. He served jail time for the incident and
was required to register as a sex offender.

Prior to that conviction, he was also arrested in 2001 for arranging
meetings with undercover officers posing as minors online.

Ritter, who recently completed a month-long propaganda tour of Russia,
has claimed that Putin "will go down in history as one of the greatest
leaders of all time."

Earlier this year, Ritter dropped out as a speaker at the Libertarian
Party anti-war rally after uproar over his attendance, the Washington
Free Beacon reported. The Quincy Institute, an isolationist think tank,
in 2021 also pulled an article he wrote for its website.

Ritter has also been embraced by many libertarian and anti-war activists
on both the right and left. Former Fox News host Andrew Napolitano and
Russian defector Tara Reade-known for accusing Biden of sexual
assault-urged the Libertarian Party to keep Ritter on as a speaker.
Ritter also spoke last year at a conference hosted by former Libertarian
presidential candidate Ron Paul.

That is pretty much my stance. There has been a lot going on that doesn't bother me, but there have also been several instances where they appear to crave access to other's children and don't have a good explanation as to
why that is important. So most assume the obvious.

There is a fully transitioned British trans-female that posts shorts on YT.
For whatever reason, YT suggested I watch one. In that video, she shares
that these trends upset her because she is worried that these people who
want access to children, claim to be "better women" that real women, or
that debunk biology and claim they are fully women are going to cause the community to lose rights that they have now.

She points out that she knows if her remains are found during a dig that
she will be ID'ed as a male, that she will always be biologically male, and that people like her have only had the right to transition in Britan very recently.

I think it is sad that the folks who truely seem to have been gender
disphoric and who truely seem happier post-transition are now under threat
by others who seem to have many other problems beyond gender disphoria.

Oh absolutely... Dylan is probably beyond any professional help unless he has a moment of clarity that there is more to being a woman than just the sexual attributes. I have wondered, especially as of late, why the original movement allowed
those others to become part of it. I am sure there is overlap, but it
sounds like many gay and lesbians really want no part of their crap, and
that is not new. One of my friends in college (late 1980's) was bi. Even
back then, she knew that she wanted no part of some of the crazier stuff
that was trying to work its way into the movement, and she was not alone.

I wonder if they got stuck with them because some left-leaning politicians lumped them all together.

Just a general comment, not responding to anyone in particular.. What seems to be obvious these days are two things.

1. LGBTQ+++ people are being put front and centre everywhere these days.

and

2. Attacks against them, both physical and through hatefull words, are up dramatically in the past couple of years. I think something like 62% here.

I like to think of myself as open minded. I won't say I can fully understand how people different than me think, but if they are not hurting anyone or costing me money and everyone is a consenting adult, I don't care about what they do in their bedrooms or homes. I had friends in school who were both
Gay and Trans and that was fine. I have a good friend now who is openly Bi.
I think the problem now is that they are trying to force it down people's throats and those against it or even 'neutral' (for lack of a better word) resent it and are pushing back.

I think they are doing themselves more harm than good. Pretty much anything
I would complain about these people doing in public, I'd complain about heterosexual people doing it too. Some things one shouldn't advertise in
public no matter who you are or what your preferences.

The same problem goes with people of colour as well. If they get pushed at
us too strongly, literally everywhere, some people will push back, possibly even those who would have 'lived and let live' in the past.

Example.. These days it seems 80% of the movies that come out are about one minority or another. In the past I'd probably have watched many of them but, with so much of it there now, I skip over virtually all of them. This doesn't help them get their message out if they are thinking it does.

A final note.. My Niece is a teacher in lower grades, K to 4. Her school,
like many, are pushing more coloured people content. Normally I'd say fine, show the kids early that they are people too and all around us. What is not fine? The school banned ALL books in the school library that had ANY white people in them. My niece, who has black friends and is not the least bit racist, had brought in a few harmless books of her own that had white people
in them and they were confiscated.

They are also teaching almost exclusively about LGBTQ++ to 5 and 6 year olds
to the point where heterosexual kids may start to feel like they are wrong
to feel the way they do. I can understand at that age teaching that Some families may have 2 mommies or 2 daddies but there should be a line..

In Toronto Canada your child can be suspended from school, reprimanded by teachers, possibly a call placed to child welfare authorities if there is any disagreement against the DEI ideology or transgender nonsense.

We have a "human rights tribunal" for quite some time now, we've already been screwed over.

I don't think this ever hit the news. I got it directly from my niece who
it happened to and all the teachers were complaining about it but the
principal had set the rules this way for the past 2 years. Finally someone
paid attention and that principal is gone now and they hope the next one
will be a little more reasonable.

I'll be honest, the first time she told me about it I thought it was
totally exaggerted as well, but after 2 years of hearing the same complaint over and over again I feel there must be some truth to it.
When I suggested that I could see them making sure the books had some people
of colour in them she immediately said that would be fine but that wasn't
the case. It was a solid no whites allowed order.

If it makes any difference, the area she teaches in has more children of
colour than white kids. They are banning the Minority there..

They are also teaching almost exclusively about LGBTQ++ to 5 and 6 year olds to the point where heterosexual kids may start to feel like they
are wrong to feel the way they do. I can understand at that age teaching that Some families may have 2 mommies or 2 daddies..

As I said, I only got it directly from the teacher who was told what to say
and teach or face losing her job, and I know she has LGBTQ+ and non-white friends so this is not someone exaggerating due to her own prejudices.
This is a long time teacher worried about censorship and distorted facts.
