well they have those cameras now. they have body cams, every house has a camera. they have dash cams. it's hard in urban areas i'm sure.

there's a story i heard about a couple of years ago, it was about a corrupt police dept and an fbi came by to investigate them. there's more to this article, btw.
for some reason they pulled him over and put him in the police car. it was a hot day. they jacked up the heat all the way and left him in the car.
he was saying he was having medical issues and begging to get out. they were total jerks to him and it was all on video. of course there were resignations
and charges.
