Disgusting, California Uses Old Racist Gun Laws To Justify Requiring
    Background Checks For Ammo

    SOURCE: Colion Noir

The California AG's office "attempted to justify the law by referencing 50 historical laws that limited or banned the transfer of firearms or ammunition to slaves, blacks, Native Americans, mixed-race individuals, and other minorities.

"The court swiftly dismissed these attempts, declaring, 'These fifty laws highlighted by the Attorney General form a lengthy, shameful, repugnant, insidious, and reprehensible list of instances illustrating government tyranny against our own citizens.'"

When you corner a leftist, they always pull out the race card. Always.

Normally, you expect them to play the card in order to cast doubts on the actions of others. The weird thing in this case is that the CA AG's office pulled out examples of racist laws in order to justify their own
implementation of a bad law. So the card got played *against* them rather
    than by them.

True but that is still a bizarre line of reasoning by the AG's office.
Really weird. Then again, this is California we're talking about here.

Indeed. The whole thing is rather bizarre.
