Hi everyone,You've done a great job of keeping us informed. I suspect that most of us know when something needs to be done, you'll be right in there slugging away. Please remember that I know (and appreciate!) that you are providing me with a service. Just keep in mind that you are job number one. We can certainly wait. Just take care of your self and get better!
I apologize for being so quiet. This month has been difficult for me physically, emotionally, and mentally. The COVID is gone but the nasty cough and headaches are still around. I've been really busy also. I haven't forgotten about the BBS and Micronet; I just have had no energy
to deal with everything.
I'm here now, though.

I'm sorry that I have been so quiet. But I am still around if needed and Andrew keeps an eye on things for me. If there's issues, he lets me know.

thanks for the update. are you still active in church? maybe they can help you move things?
also about magnesium, it seems like when we get older we get low on it
and develop problems. i get bad cramps in my legs (like torture) and i feel like shit when i'm not taking it.

My medication has been changed to make sure I don't lose any more of it if
possible. However, since I don't eat any veggies often, my magnesium levels
are chronically low. I'm now taking 400mg of magnesium glycinate (an
easily-absorbed version of magnesium) and that seems to be helping in many
ways.

i must have had a premonition because I got lit up in the middle of the night last night. I didn't drink enough water the entire day as well.
Magnesium is also very good to help you sleep but you have to take it a few hours before bed.
Here is a video about magnesium glycinate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxCWlEJMS2U
