That came about from people wearing N95 or N100 masks which do alter
blood oxygen levels slightly but the silly masks people continue to wear
do not seem to have an effect on healthy individuals...neither good nor
bad. The real problem with masks is possible bacterial and viral
buildup on the insides of the masks which can lead to issues in
individuals with compromised immune systems. If you're going to wear a
mask, change it about every two hours with a clean unused mask.
For me with my cardiac issues, a mask does bother me. However, I never
put the damn thing over my nose, just my mouth, and that makes Ol'
Creepy Uncle Joe's sycophants happy. LOL
