I just had a crown installed, and my out of pocket was $485, as expected. I then received another bill where they charged me another $70 out of pocket a week later for an "occlusal adjustment".
In other words, the $485 didn't include INSTALLATION.
I need to have a talk with them.

Yeah, but it's not like you could install it yourself -- although the temporary filling came out and I had to reseat it myself.
