tmo154.rar : The Magic Oracle 15.4
These are all BBS doors that will run on any BBS that supports 16-bit
DOS doors, a FOSSIL driver, and can produce DORINFO1.DEF or 52-line DOOR.SYS dropfiles.

If they offer a local mode option, yes. You would still have to set
it up as if you were putting it on a BBS.
