    With all the discussion about FREQ, I'd like to know if there's a definitive page on how to FREQ? I've been searching for months but with no luck. If not, can someone either send me a link to a file (without having to FREQ it!) or paste an example here please?

    I think you can use golded to send the proper flag, or sbbs. Also, there are doors that will create them for you! Just search any BBS archive.

    Mystic doesn't support sending a FREQ out of the box.

    What you'd have to do is make a file like "request.req" that has one filename per line. From there you'd have to setup the node you want to send the FREQ to in Mystic with a filebox & put that .req file in the filebox to be delivered.

    Poll that node once to deliver the .req file and then poll again to receive the file.

    It's been a while for me, but IIRC, to request FREQ a file, you send a
    netmail to the bot at the system you're requesting from with the subject of FREQ with the message body of FREQ <filename>.

    It's been a while for me, but IIRC, to request FREQ a file, you send a netmail to the bot at the system you're requesting from with the subject of FREQ with the message body of FREQ <filename>.
