The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 599 continues.

SUMMARY...The severe threat continues across Tornado Watch 599.
Damaging gusts and large hail are the main threats, though a tornado
or two remains possible, particularly with the more discrete
supercells.

DISCUSSION...Multicellular, quasi-linear, and isolated supercell
structures persist across portions of far northeast Kentucky into
West Virginia. Regional VADs and forecast soundings show some
low-level curvature with hodographs in WV, but straightening
hodographs farther west/southwest as the surface trough approaches
and low-level winds veer. As such, the best chance for a tornado
would be across WV ahead of the more dominant, discrete supercells.
Otherwise, adequate remaining buoyancy overlapping with strong
vertical speed shear will continue to support a continued risk of
damaging gusts and large hail.
