    The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 545
    continues.

    SUMMARY...An isolated severe threat should continue in the short
    term. But, additional watch issuance is not expected this evening.

    DISCUSSION...Convection across parts of northern/central KY has
    generally evolved into loosely organized clusters over the past
    couple of hours, with around 30 kt of deep-layer shear noted on
    recent VWPs from KLVX sufficient for modest updraft organization.
    Occasional strong to damaging winds should remain the primary threat
    with this activity over the next hour or two as it moves slowly east-southeastward into eastern KY. Thunderstorms across parts of
    western into central OH have maintained a somewhat more discrete
    character, with slightly stronger mid/upper-level flow supporting
    around 30-40 kt of effective bulk shear. Isolated severe hail will
    remain possible with these marginal supercells and multicells in the
    short term, in addition to some threat for strong/gusty winds. All
    of this activity is forecast to slowly weaken over the next couple
    of hours with the loss of daytime heating, and as convection spreads
    into a less unstable airmass. Accordingly, additional watch issuance
    is not expected this evening.
