    Title: Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs
    Categories: Five, Pork, Vegetables, Sauces
    Yield: 6 Servings

    3 lb Baby back ribs; trimmed
    1/2 c Water
    1/2 lg Onion; sliced
    1 cl Garlic; minced
    18 oz Bottle barbeque sauce

    Season ribs with salt & pepper.

    Pour water into slow cooker. Layer the ribs into the
    slow cooker. Top the ribs with onion and garlic.

    Cook on High for 4 hours (or Low for 8 hours).

    Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.

    Transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Discard onion and
    garlic. Coat ribs with barbeque sauce.

    Bake in preheated oven until the sauce caramelizes and
    sticks to the meat, 10 to 15 minutes.

    Title: Baby Back Ribs
    Categories: Pork, Fruits, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    2 1/2 lb Pork baby back ribs; in 8
    - pieces
    5 c Water
    1 md Onion; sliced
    2 Celery ribs; halved
    2 ts Minced garlic; divided
    1 ts Whole peppercorns
    1/2 c Barbecue sauce
    1/4 c Plum sauce
    ds Hot pepper sauce

    Place the ribs in a 5 qt. slow cooker. Add the water,
    onion, celery, 1 teaspoon garlic and peppercorns. Cover
    and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender.

    In a small saucepan, combine the barbecue sauce, plum
    sauce, hot pepper sauce and remaining garlic. Cook and
    stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated
    through. Remove ribs. Discard cooking juices and
    vegetables.

    Brush ribs with sauce. Grill, covered, on an oiled rack
    over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes or until browned,
    turning and basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
