We usually don't see many conservative signs - out of fear that the Ignorant Elitists will attack the house. But we aren't seeing as many Elitist signs either.

That's a bummer. Those Elitists usually give me a nice list of who **not** to vote for.

Mark Zuckerberg is not going to give any more money this round.... He said... to my understanding... and I don't give a sh!t to look it up...
He said he wasn't supporting the Democrats this round. Does that mean just no money or does that mean he's voting for Trump... don't know.

It means that he figured out that he will never be in the upper echelons of the Elitist power structure and that they used him last time. He can see charges of election interference looming and he knows that Trump's going to win.

Things are looking good... They still may try to steal the election.
Trump may get his wish were it's to Big to Rig!!!

I have the same concern. I live in a poor neighborhood. But when I went to the Trump rally in Wilkes Barre PA, they gave us 2 "Make America Great Again" signs and I'm so proud that I just had to put them up in the windows on my front porch.

With any luck, maybe the dummies will start to wonder "Why does that guy who takes good care of his property have Trump signs?" (Maybe I can inspire them to break their chains!)

I am a little surprised in some cases. Four years ago, a house a couple of streets over had "Biden" signs out that only had Kamala's picture under the "BIDEN 2024" banner. This year, they have no signs.

I have only seen mostly local election signs around here, and not many at
    that.

This was the frustration about Section 230 protection claims.

Either you are a platform - and not responsible for the content that others post, but that's because you CAN'T police all the content.

Or you are a publisher - and responsible for the content because you have editorial control over the content.

If a "platform" censors, then it has editorial control, and, therefore, is a "publisher".

Places like Facebook want it both ways and Section 230 says that they can't.

Right now, the Elitists control the judicial system so the "judges" rule that Facebook is a plaform, who censor's content. But that will change under Trump (hopefully).

I am not a Kamala fan, but what recent wars did *she* start?

I may be forgetting one, but the wars/places we actually have troops
involved in all date back to GWB or Obama. Biden didn't start Ukraine... Russia did... and we don't have troops there. I would agree that Russia
would not likely have started it if Trump was still President, thought.

Israel-Hamas was also not started by Biden.

I don't doubt that Kamala might start one, send our troops to one, or give
some other country an idea that now is the time to invade their neighbors
but, so far, she hasn't started any wars yet.

    Agreed.

A peace deal? There was no need for Russia to invade Ukraine.

Russia, or any other country for that matter, started anything when Trump was in power.

America was involved in many wars over Trump tenure. Inform yourself.

Trump said so many things, so many outright lies.

    Name one

Trying to pick the most notable lies from Donald Trump's presidency is like trying to pick the most notable pieces of junk from the town dump.

Trump began his presidency by lying about the weather.

It rained during Trump's inaugural address. Then, at a celebratory ball later that day, Trump told the crowd that the rain just never came until he finished talking and went inside, at which point it poured.

That was, I believe the first lie of Donald Trump's presidency. It's a pointless lie and I don't know why he told it.

The most dangerous lie: The coronavirus was under control.

This was more like a family of lies than a single lie. But each one - the lie that the virus was equivalent to the flu; the lie that the situation was totally under control; the lie that the virus was disappearing suggested to Americans that they didn't have to change much about their usual behavior.

The most boring serial lie: The trade deficit with China used to be $500 billion.

The most traditional big lie: Trump didn't know about the payment to Stormy Daniels.

The biggest lie by omission: Trump ended family separation.

The lie he fled: He got Veterans Choice.

He claimed over and over more than 160 times before I lost count that he is the one who got the Veterans Choice program passed after other presidents tried and failed for years.

The Crazy Uncle lie award: Windmill noise causes cancer.

It was a problem for the country that the President was not only a conspiracy theorist himself but immersed in conspiracy culture, regularly stumbling upon ludicrous claims and then sharing them as fact.

The most hucksterish lie: That plan was coming in two weeks.

Trump's big health care plan was eternally coming in two weeks. So were a bunch of other plans and announcements.

Trump is, at his core, a huckster. Every moment of his presidency was a chance for him to sell someone on something, whether or not that something actually existed. And if they asked when they could actually see the magic elixir he said was being brewed just over there behind the curtain, he would just have to delay them until they forgot about it.

The most depressing lie (the big lie): Trump won the election

Trump's long White House campaign against verifiable reality has culminated with his lie that he is the true winner of the 2020 presidential election he clearly, certifiably and fairly lost.

To many of us, it's ludicrous nonsense. But to millions of deluded Americans, it's the truth. And it has now gotten people killed. The nation's truth problem, clearly, isn't just a Trump problem. With this last blizzard of deception and the Capitol insurrection it fomented, Trump has shown us, once more, just how detached from reality much of his political base has become - or always was.

Those are some of Donald's greatest hits, but there are more. So many more.

I wouldn't be shocked in George W. jumped on the Kamala Train.

He's already on it to some extent. He had no conscionable reason to turn back on Trump all this time. There has to be some behind the scenes reas

The Bush family didn't support Trump in the last election, either, and maybe not even in 2016. Probably has something to do with him bad-mouthing the Bush family. I don't see any big secret there.

That explains it, but man, that's ridiculous, unprofessional, and unhelpful of GWB. He'd rather see the country suffer than get behind a guy who spoke critically of him (weak.)

OTOH, unlike Hillary Clinton, when Trump talks bad about the Bushes, the Bushes didn't use their influence to get him on a no fly list or try to imply that he is somehow connected to Russia. Ask Tulsi Gabbard how
    that works with Hillary.

Yea, GWB is slightly better than the Clintons. Great achievement! :)

When the latest conflict started, Russia already had de-facto control of Crimea. They also had de-facto control of parts of eastern Ukraine. Russia decided that was not enough and invaded the non-Russian-majority rest of the country.

And they had an agreement between the 2 countries. The west could have made Russia pinky-swearand held them to account if they went forward... BUT nooooo WWIII is way cooler...

I don't doubt that the military industrial complex is enjoying these times.

The West getting involved, at the point when the USSR collapsed and the West wanted Ukraine to give up its nukes, was what lead to the agreement to being with.

I saw a video where some young Ukrainian man with Down Syndrome was on the front line. Why is the answer always wart... Trillions spent millions die.

When someone invades you, your choices are either to sit back and let it
happen or to fight. Meanwhile, others profiteer off of it.

Just thinking of what many say we are doing here... sitting back while our Southern border is invaded... it seems that people seem to understand why
that is not a good option.

The middle east is on fire because of foreign policy blunders... George W. Thinking it was Okay to spread democracy around like he was Johnny Appleseed..

At some point someone needs to do some calculations...

Indeed. I can remember when it was mostly the other side that tried
"spreading democracy" in places we should keep our business out of. In W's defense, that area was screwed up long before he got involved. We have a couple of World Wars and the British to thank for some of that, and the Russians and British to thank for others. Our government trying to take
over meddling where the Brits left off was not and has never been a good
    idea.

Trump pointed out that Russia never invaded anywhere when he was the president... This all has happened pre and post Trump.

Trump said he'll settle the conflict before he gets into office, as president elect. He'll get an agreement, more than likely the one the had... Ukraine will give up Crimea and we'll have spent trillions and millions would have died.

There is nothing immoral about it. Nothing says you have to remain

Remaining "loyal" to them, no matter what they do, is not very bright.

I don't expect GWB to remain loyal to the party, but I wish he would be loyal to Trump, despite Trump possibly having called him names. Same thing with Jeb Bush. If they want what's best for the country, they need to get behind the "loudmouth jerk" so that he can do what's right for all of us.

    Another example:
Jeff Thiele (a couple years ago) was picking on me because I didn't understand tax brackets, and he's a raging leftist lunatic, but if he's the best attorney in town, I'd still go to him for his services (that way I put personal grievances aside and do what will yield the best outcome.)

I disagree with that first part. The way I see it is Trump *was* everyone's boss while he was president. And the "boss" makes snarky comments, and those snarky comments don't do anybody any good, but at the end of the day, the snarky guy works really hard (harder than GWB ever did) to protect America's greatness. But I agree totally with that last part: he shouldn't say the quiet parts outloud.

If you don't really have a good relationship to begin with, there is no

Nope, nope, nope-a-ty-nope. He was our *President*. He was only the boss of those working directly for his administration or those working in the
federal government. The rest of us are free citizens who are alowed to
    speak our minds.

It is called Freedom of Speech, and is one of the differences between
having a President and a Dictator.

Now, should we respect the office as citzens? Yes. Do we have to go along with everything a President says? No. Do we have to sit quietly if he
insults us personally? No, we can verbally defend ourselves.

Most of us have spent the good part of the past 3+ years speaking out

If you don't really have a good relationship to begin with, there is no reason whatsoever to remain "loyal" to someone that can't keep their mouths shut and goes off on you publicly. To turn this around, does Trump remain loyal to those who question, or badmouth, him? He sure does not... they get tagged immediately as RINO!

Maybe expecting GWB to be "loyal" to Trump is too much to ask, but he should at
least stop showing solidarity with the left like he did in a covid-19 vaccine >commercial.

If that is solidarity to the left, does that make Trump, whose Operation
Warp Speed resulted in the vaccine, a leftist?

Kinda! Trump was pushing vaccines on the public, and I think that was probably the worst thing he ever did. Of course he didn't do it with nearly as much force as Biden did though. And it's doubtful that Trump knew how risky the vaccines were. (But Biden knew!)
