So far no scotus packing, though with this horse-shi' ruling about presidents having total immunity, I think it may be time to pack the scotus.
Well that message aged well.

Why weren't Obama and Biden held to account for murder? Well they had immunity. Obama claims he sis what he did because of the safety of the
US and he was acting in the capacity of his presidency and the constitution.
During the same administration... Biden went to Ukraine and he said
that if the prosecutor doesn't stop investigating Burisma, the company that was paying his son a sh!t load of money where he had no experience get that kinda money.... Joe might not be working within the
constitution and his capacity as VP.
BTW, they fired the prosecutor and Joe gave the Billion dollars shorty after.
This was an Impeachable offence and Congress should have acted.
The Founding Fathers didn't think about what happens when more than one branch acts AGAINST the people. The 'checks and balances' were supposed to prevent this.

Founding fathers thought they accounted for things... and then we have
the current congress. The House Impeaches Mayorkas and the Democrats
in the Senate don't have a trial.
Exactly. The Founding Fathers assumed that there would be a bunch of power hungry people all trying to work only for theselves. They got the "power hungry" part right, but they didn't count on them working
together.

Saw a video recently on the origins of the Supreme court... Founding Fathers thought that the Supreme Court was the weakest of the 3
branches. They never dreamed that they'd have the power they have...
The power to impose the will of the founding fathers.
They believed Congress had the the most power. the president second.
That's why the Elitists slowly, quietly moved power to the Bureaucracy
and out of Congress.
But with Chevron getting struck down, that ended that.
