According to the very racist Rolling Stone magazine, Beyonce is the "first black woman to top the chart in country music."
Does it make sense to the be the first person with your skin color to do something? Am I the first white person that ever knew how to make rice?
Her "country" song "Texas Hold Em" doesn't sound like country to me. Not because I don't like Beyonce, but because it just sucks. I'm a country music fan, and I don't care what color the musicians are, but their music can't suck (Garth Brooks for example - his music is complete garbage.)
What's the reason for "Texas Hold Em?" It doesn't appeal to country fans. It doesn't appeal to R&B fans either. But here's what it DOES do: uses music to create needless racial division.
