Property values for tax purposes are done at the country level, they
have their way to assess value. BTW, Florida can't increase your taxes more than 3% a year... So the old lady living next next to you, who has owned her house for 50 years might be paying only $500 a year in
property tax where as you are paying $2,000 a year. If she sells her house the new owner will be paying the new and improved taxes.
Banks almost always represent themselves in any transaction. They'll
get an appraisal and negotiate from their own perspective. The rate the bank charges will, usually, be based on the person willingness to repay the loan... So Trump might get one rate where as you might get an other.

But how else would the bank make a loan decision? They need to always carefully check every piece of the loan application, and if they don't, then it's their own fault when they get stiffed, to some extent, but of course they can sue their customer if he doesn't pay.

It's bad enough just being a resident here and seeing through all their BS. If I owned a business here, I'd worry about supporting Trump

The scamdemic showed that they didn't need those big office buildings anymore. And their employees worked much better at home. Not only
that, but by not being geographically constrained, they had a **much** larger pool of applicants for their jobs.
Now that the big office building was gone, it's an easy step toward
moving the business to a state with lower taxes and just renting office space when needed.
