From Lee Lofaso@2:203/2 to Gregory Deyss on Sat Sep 30 01:55:36 2023
    Hello Greg,

As far as the Sunday's game coming up, I am going to watch it, but more to the point I will hanging out with Friends drinking Heineken and having some
    some good food.

It had to happen. Am really surprised it had not happened sooner.
Joe Namath finally came out and said it. Publicly, on Monday, aired
    on ESPN.

Broadway Joe said he has "seen enough of Zach Wilson" playing
football for the Jets. He also blasted Jets coach Robert Saleh
    for sticking with the guy.

Can any Jets fan blame him for stating the obvious? Zach Wilson
is so bad of a quarterback that he ranks next to last in the NFL,
just barely better than Bears' quarterback Justin Fields.

"We're working to get better. I'm working to get better. I know
I need to improve. I promise I'm doing everything I can to keep
trying to get better." ~Zach Wilson, after losing to Patriots

Why Tim Boyle is even on the Jets football team is beyond belief.
The man has a career total of 106 passing attempts. With very few
    completions.

But hey. All is not lost. The Jets signed up a new quarterback
a few days ago. Time to break him in. Former Saints quarterback
Trevor Siemien is ready to go. Just slap on a helmet and suit
him up and find out what he is made of.

Jets/Chiefs. Upset special of the year. Led by Taylor Swift.

Broncos/Bears. Hard to imagine either team capable of winning.

    For Life,
    Lee

Joe Namath is entitled to his opinion, I feel the same way or even worse at times when I see Zack play on Sunday.
If my TV had emotions, it would need therapy from betterhelp.com

Maybe the problem is the one who is calling plays, Nathaniel Hackett.
He did get fired from this role that he had in Denver and it was only calling plays in the redzone. Idk what it is, but they better fix it soon, before the season is lost.

I do like Robert Saleh but whatever reason he is not giving up on Zack.
At the moment his job is secure, but at some point this could change.

I watch the Bears games too as one of my best Friends is a Bears fan, and has been for a very long time.
Nothing will change with either of us being a super-fans of our teams.

The Jets Defense did hold the Pats to only 15 points.

If I was leading the team, I would put him in the game, to see what he can do. What do we have to lose? I think Trevor would do a infinity better job.
I wouldn't say It's Zack's job, instead I would invoke competition to see who comes out on top, to give the Jets the best chance to win games.

    The Taylor Swift question.
How many times can a wet paper bag be used, before it becomes trash?

And yet he still showed up for the game last night. As if he was
going to set the night on fire. Even made a believer out of Aaron
Rodgers, who was in the stands egging him on.

Maybe the problem is the one who is calling plays, Nathaniel Hackett.
He did get fired from this role that he had in Denver and it was only calling plays in the redzone. Idk what it is, but they better fix it soon, before the season is lost.

Last night's game showed he is learning how to play this game. Almost
pulled it off. That fumble midfield in the fourth quarter did the Jets
in, as the Chiefs scored the winning field goal as a result.

The Saints have gone two straight games without having scored an
offensive touchdown. So maybe it is the Saints quarterback who has
    some learning to do ...

I do like Robert Saleh but whatever reason he is not giving up on Zack. At the moment his job is secure, but at some point this could change.

He is a young quarterback with very limited experience, but last
night's game shows he is learning. And learning very quickly.

Can any Jets fan blame him for stating the obvious? Zach Wilson
is so bad of a quarterback that he ranks next to last in the NFL,
just barely better than Bears' quarterback Justin Fields.

I watch the Bears games too as one of my best Friends is a Bears fan, and has been for a very long time.
Nothing will change with either of us being a super-fans of our teams.

Da Bears quarterback is really bad. And incapable of learning.
Getting Dilfer to come out of retirement would be an improvement.

"We're working to get better. I'm working to get better. I know
I need to improve. I promise I'm doing everything I can to keep
trying to get better." ~Zach Wilson, after losing to Patriots

The Jets Defense did hold the Pats to only 15 points.

That is not saying much, given how pathetic the Patriots are.
But no matter. The Jets almost won last night against the Chiefs,
falling 23-20 only because of a fumble late in the fourth quarter.

But hey. All is not lost. The Jets signed up a new quarterback
a few days ago. Time to break him in. Former Saints quarterback
Trevor Siemien is ready to go. Just slap on a helmet and suit
him up and find out what he is made of.

If I was leading the team, I would put him in the game, to see what he can do.

Last night's game would have been too early, as he had not even had
time to practice with the team. Had the Chiefs blown them out, the
fans would have been calling for the coach's head and I am not even
sure if Wilson would have stayed around to find out his job status.

What do we have to lose?

The Raiders used to have a quarterback who could really throw the
ball. I mean really throw. So hard it could break brick walls. He
was the #1 draft pick overall, and the highest paid player in the
NFL. Lasted seven games total. After breaking numerous hands.

The quarterback pocketed his millions of %%% from Davis, and tried
out for a number of other teams. But none would hire him. So what
did Russell do? He smiled, counted his blessings, and retired.

I think Trevor would do a infinity better job.

Trevor is a journeyman, hoping for payday like Russell. Except
he can't throw the ball as hard. And is not all that accurate.

I wouldn't say It's Zack's job, instead I would invoke competition to see who comes out on top, to give the Jets the best chance to win games.

Right now, Wilson is the best chance the Jets have to win games.
Siemian is a capable backup, but not sure for how long. Have no idea
why the other quarterback is even on the team ...

Jets/Chiefs. Upset special of the year. Led by Taylor Swift.

    The Taylor Swift question.
How many times can a wet paper bag be used, before it becomes trash?

    Kelce would know.
Not sure if Swifties would get it.
    But Kelce would know.

    For Life,
    Lee
