quite another. A president can recommend, but not order vaccines
to be taken.

The number of folks getting infected with covid-19 is down to the
point where it is no longer an epidemic or pandemic. Biden was right
on that point, declaring the pandemic over. As covid-19 continues
to mutate into different variants, new vaccines would have to be
developed in order to offer folks some protection.

However, at this point in time, the "cure" would likely be worse
than the "disease" - as each variant continues to get weaker and
weaker than the original.

So why would a president want to issue a mandate, or require all
Americans to take a vaccine?

Of course, the story comes from Fox propagana channel, so nobody
really has to pay any attention ...

If Congress gave them the authority, then the authority is null-and-void since it violates the Constitution in several ways.

What they did in the last scamdemic is come down hard on the companies (i.e. we will make things difficult if you don't make your employees get jabbed, or we will shut your business down if you don't mandate masks), which, in turn, impacts the regular people.
