    If you watch it to the end (it is not very long), Meghan Kelly points out
    that the Georgia charges are significant because they are not "pardonable" offenses.

    I agree in part with the video. It is not certain that a sentence would
    be postponed pending appeal. I just don't know.

    If you watch it to the end (it is not very long), Meghan Kelly points
    out that the Georgia charges are significant because they are not "pardonable" offenses.

    That is very true -- for all of the 19 defendants.

    I believe that it is quite possible that Trump will find himself behind
    bars even before any of the cases go on trial. He just does not seem to
    be able to help himself with making inflammatory statements that go
    against the conditions of his bail.

    Yes. If I were someone who thought that my political enemies were doing
    all of these things in order to steal an election or prevent me from being re-elected, I would like to think I would also be smart enough not to keep doing things that give them ammunition.

    Trump seems to enjoy engaging them.
