• Idiots that don't know where to find information

I still can't find a single leftist who has anything bad to say about Biden.

Of course you can't. You really should start looking for other information than what Fox so called News gives you.

If you ask nicely, I can point you in the right direction. Those of us living in the Free World, where news media does not depend on ads, have a plethora to choose from.

I don't rely on the news. Fox News is an undercover leftist organization. NY Post & Revolver.News are my top news sources.

    Hello Björn,

    Is there anything better?

Try https://ground.news/ and judge by yourself.

Donald Trump beat you to it.

I take it you, and virtually the entire world, has seen
his mug shot. Taken at Fulton County Jail, in Georgia.

Donald looks mean. And angry. And very, very mad.

    But that's not all.

People always tend to overlook the obvious.

Included in the mug shot, or rather as a separate part,
are the official documents showing who the person is, and
statistics proving it is, in fact, a real person shown.

According to the docs, Donald Trump's official height
is 6'3" and his weight is 215 pounds.

How is that for a 77-year-old man, likely to get his old
job back at age 78? You are talking about trim and fit!

You think about those stats. That's the listed height
and weight of Ohio State quarterback Kyle McCord. And he
is young and spry, leading his team to victory.

Oh. You might ask how Donald Trump stacks up among the
    pros in the NFL -

Donald Trump claims he is one inch taller and the same
weight as NFL quarterback Lamar Jackson (Baltimore Ravens).

NFL quarterback Joe Burrow (Cincinnati Bengals) is listed
at 6'4" tall and 216 pounds. Joe Burrow won the Heisman Trophy
in college, the national championship at LSU, and led his
    Bengals to the Super Bowl.

    How do you stack up?

Face the facts. You are no Donald Trump. And never will be.
Remember, you are talking about a man who does not drink alcohol,
tea, or coffee. And he doesn't smoke. Or inhale. He does like
his junk food. And diet coke.

And he never works out. Which is why his body parts keep going
on and on. Now you look at his counterpart, Joe Biden, who works
out every day. Notice the difference?

Sticks and bones! And yet still alive! Amazing!

You really should put some meat on them bones.
Donald Trump did. And look at him, being the spitting
image of an NFL quarterback in his prime!

Donald Trump, age 77, 6'3" tall and 215 lbs.,
eats junk food and diet Cokes, and never exercises.

Björn Felten, age mid-70s, 5'11" tall and 176 lbs.,
eats quality food and health drinks, and always exercises.

I used to weigh 92 kg before I started with strict LCHF, with intermittent Keto.

Still far underweight. Never make it even as
a high school player. Doubt you'd even make the
    cut.

Time for you to go on The Carnivore Diet.
    You'll be glad you did.
It is a very simple diet to learn.
    Breakfast - Red Meat
    Lunch - Red Meat
    Supper - Red Meat

Before you know it, you'll be as plump as Donald Trump and
ready to play with the big guys. In a league of your very own.

Maybe according to USAian obesity standards (set by McDonald's and Coca-Cola perhaps?). Over here that means a BMI of below the border of overweight (25), and far from obesity. "24.69. (Normal/Healthy Weight)."

You have visited the USA, decades ago, and back then folks here
were basically much more fit than they are today. Much has changed,
so much so that you would barely recognize inhabitants of today.

Some studies suggest about two-thirds of the population are so
big they are considered as being pre-diabetic or diabetic*. Some
of that is due to how much sugar they consume, as most Americans
have a sweet tooth and love their junk food and diet Cokes.

*note - most folks in USA have never been tested

What we eat is only part of the problem. It is also what doctors
prescribe for people in order to keep them healthy. For whatever
reason, doctors prescribe statins for all who come their way, in
massive quanities. Kind of like vitamins. Completely safe, these
meds are what keep everybody alive, and should be put into our
drinking water supply. That way, the few who are not yet diabetic
    will soon be.

Now just think of what this means. With 100% of the population
being pre-diabetic or fully diabetic, that will mean lots of folks
losing their feet, legs, hands, and arms. Prosthetic devices will
then be sold to those who need them. At taxpayer expense, since
nobody will have any money due to having gone bankrupt from having
    lost so many body parts.

So. Once we have our wheelchairs, motorized since we have no
arms or legs, then we can all book a flight to Sweden and get
    free health care.

As well as a free lunch.

I need another voodoo lager ...

Ouch! My last visit to the US was three weeks before 9/11, and that was in NYC. Already then, it was hard to walk on the side walks, because of all the huge creatures pretending to be humans, and seemingly were even proud of it.

    Much has changed,

Sorry to hear that. Well, this all is because of the US so called scientist Ancel Keys and his cherry-picking from a 22 countries study into the Seven Countries Study that fit his theory: it's fat that is the cause of it all.

Soon, not only the US, but most of the world, started to blame fat, and forgot about sugar, the real, white poison. The food industry was happy, because fat is more expensive than sugar, so low fat high sugar products swept through all over the world. The rest is history...

    Hello Björn,

You have visited the USA, decades ago, and back then folks here
were basically much more fit than they are today.

Ouch! My last visit to the US was three weeks before 9/11, and that was in NYC.

One of my Jewish friends was in NYC on 9/11, his reasons being
there to look for a wife. For weeks after the skyscrapers tumbled
down nobody heard from him. Everybody feared the worst. And then,
one day he resurfaced. Alive and well. Saw the whole thing from
his point of view, being only a few blocks away. Not sure if he
ever found a wife. But at least he survived.

Already then, it was hard to walk on the side walks, because of all the huge
creatures pretending to be humans, and seemingly were even proud of it.

That was then. This is now. What you see today is totally beyond
imagination. I doubt you or anybody else can even comprehend what
I am talking about. It is really that grotesque.

    Much has changed,
so much so that you would barely recognize inhabitants of today.

Sorry to hear that. Well, this all is because of the US so called scientist
Ancel Keys and his cherry-picking from a 22 countries study into the Seven Countries Study that fit his theory: it's fat that is the cause of it all.

The first time Keys introduced his theory, it was laughed at by
everybody. So he then cleaned it up a bit, and re-introduced the
same theory, basing his premise on the idea that Nordic peoples
were the perfect specimens having the physical qualities that
everybody else on this planet should have.

It is on that basis that statins were developed, first marketed
in 1987. Now remember, a theory is just an idea. Not an established
fact. Nothing has been proven in regards to his theory because it
    is basically all bunk.

Keys spent the rest of his life in Italy, chasing skirts, eating
and dining with the most enjoyable company in the world.

My grandfather was from Sicily. He never had heart disease of any
kind. And like all Sicilians, he ate what Sicilians ate. Even after
being in the USA for decades.

The same is true of almost everyone in Sicily, and of Sicilian
descent. So why take statins or statin-like drugs? Doctors claim
statins are good for you, and keep you healthy. And having the
blessing of the American Medical Association gives them a license
to kill. So why not have all their patients take them?

In 2006, the AMA's counterpart in Europe decided to part ways
with the idea of prescribing statins as the main means for patients,
in favor of diet and excersize. They were dangerous, with many side
effects that cannot be reversed, and pharmaceutical companies had
been found to falsify results in clinical trials.

Why are folks in Sicily free of heart disease, even though they
do not take statins? Why are folks in the rest of Italy have high
rates of heart disease, including those who take statin drugs?

There are others from around the world who are healthy, the same
as Sicilians. Folks in Okinawa are healthy, living past 100. As well
as in mountainous regions in the Balkans. And elsewhere.

What I found common in all these areas is the people eat what is
locally found and produced. It used to be folks in Cajun Louisiana
were the same way. Not until statins were introduced did anybody
have any issues with heart disease.

High cholesterol is a myth. Doctors use it as an excuse to peddle
the wares that Big Pharma wants them to push. The profit incentive
is alive and well in America.

Soon, not only the US, but most of the world, started to blame fat, and forgot about sugar, the real, white poison. The food industry was happy, because fat is more expensive than sugar, so low fat high sugar products swept through all over the world.

Sugar as an evil is overblown. However, looking at Cajun recipes
from long ago, and noting the history of Cajun people as being trim
and fit rather than fat and lazy, makes one realize what the true
    evil is.

The same is true of Japanese, whose traditional foods are healthy.
Many Japanese who have moved or relocated to the USA develop the
same problems as folks here. Why? It is not just sugar, as a small
amount is basically harmless. Honey is a far better alternative,
as sugar has no nuttritional value. Just don't eat a ton of it.

    The rest is history...

Yes, we are killing ourselves. Slowly, but surely. One of my
friends had a heart attack a few weeks ago. He survived, barely,
to live another day. The cause? Massive amounts of statins. And
    a supposedly "healthy" diet.

His days playing organ at church kind of ended when he became
bedridden. Having an IV stuck in your arm also limits what one
can do. Kind of hard moving a pipe organ into a hospital room.
