• 278,000 Illegal Queries

From Mike Powell@1:2320/105 to ALL on Wed Jun 14 17:09:00 2023
Something else the FBI has apparently been up to that they also should not
have been. First time I had heard of this but, during a hearing the other
day, an FBI official was questioned about over 278,000 illegal queries into
US citizens by his agency. Apparently, this was a hearing where the FBI
was trying to get something renewed to allow them to continue spying on us.

The official admitted that the queries happened but stated that they were
all "accidental" -- all 278,000 of them.

Also interesting is how releasing the identiy of the Biden informant
could endanger the life of the informant. Not so much that, but it makes
you wonder who the informant would be in life-threatening trouble from? I
can only think of one family who'd benefit from his/her death.

Then again, that is the FBI's reasoning for not releasing a document to the committee in question. Could be because they just don't want to because it
is incriminating for their Boss and themselves.

We don't really know that yet because very few have seen it.

Unless Alan Ianson of British Columbia, Canada, was one of the few the US
    FBI trusted with the info?

My real guess is that Alan says it is worthless because, if it is not, it
could be real bad for the Bidens.

The official also admitted to the 278,000 illegal queries into US Citizens, which could be seen as 278,000 attempts at spying on the people. You
    jumped right over that nugget.

No, I think you are simply trying to distract.

The FBI official that was being questioned admitted that the queries had happened. The hearing was happening because the FBI wanted an extension of
a policy that apparently allows them to do more domestic surveilance. The congressperson was arguing that they don't deserve such an extension
because they made those 278,000 illegal inquiries and cannot be trusted
    with more surveilance power.

I don't see a distraction. The FBI wanted something and were asking for
it, and were having a difficult time getting it because they abuse their
    power.

I don't watch FOX news. The link I provided was not from FOX
news. It was congressional testimony without any editorial commentary.
You chose not to watch it, so don't put your head in the sand then turn around and try to pass yourself off as having any knowledge of the subject at hand.

I chose not to watch or comment on your video.

    So what?

You did comment, multiple times, saying it was garbage. You don't even
know because you "chose not to watch."

    Yes, another GOP distraction.

So, if you found out I made 278,000 illegal inquiries into a government computer system, you would think that was OK for me to be granted
