I would like you to publish information to support your statement that the Trump campaign was proven to collaborate with Russia. That is contrary to what I have read and heard.
It is true that Barr published a summary report of his own which showed that he had not even read the Mueller report OR that he was deliberately lying.
I quote from the actual Mueller report, page 181:
[quote]
For that reason, this Office's focus in resolving the question of joint criminal liability was on conspiracy as defined in federal law, not the commonly discussed term "collusion." The Office considered in particular whether contacts between Trump Campaign officials and Russia-linked individuals could trigger liability for the crime of conspiracy-either under statutes that have their own conspiracy language (e.g., 18 U.S.C.
ºº 1349, 195l(a)) , or under the general conspiracy statute (18 U.S .C.
º 371). The investigation did not establish that the contacts described
in Volume I, Section IV, supra, amounted to an agreement to commit any substantive violation of federal criminal law- including
foreign-fnfluence and campaign-finance laws, both of which are discussed further below. The Office therefore did not charge any individual associated with the Trump Campaign with conspiracy to commit a federal offense arising from Russia contacts, either under a specific statute or under Section 371 's offenses clause.

Hello Joe,
Your hero, soon to become the first and only former president ever
indicted for real crimes. In two states, New York and Georgia. And h
excuse? He claims he cannot be charged with a crime because he is a
candidate for president ...
This is not true...
The crime(s) he is about to be indicted on are not dependent on
whether one is running for president or any other public office.
The US is now a police state...
That did not happen on January 6, much to orange man's disappointment.
We use to investigate crimes to fined a criminal.
That's what the DOJ is for. And why so many who participated in the
events of January 6 are now spending quality time in prison.
Now, thanx to the Democrats, we investigate political revivals and lo for
crimes.
Didn't take the DOJ long to find hundreds on January 6, bringing them
to justice for what they did.
With respect to the New York investigation...
State crimes, not federal. Means no president (including Biden) can
pardon Trump even if they wanted to. Not even Trump himself could do
so, even if he somehow manages to win another term as prez.
They are trying to make a square peg fit in a round hole...
Right now your boy is an unconvicted felon. Everybody knows he is
guilty, but the court of public opinion doesn't mean squat when it
comes to giving him what he truly deserves.
The fine people of New York and Georgia will change that.
Moreover, Trump's "crimes" are past the term limits.
The statute of limitations have not run out on any of the crimes
he is about to be indicted on, in either New York or Georgia.
With respect to the Georgia phone call...
Yes, it is all on tape. And aired repeatedly by the news media.
I cannot wait to see this go. ...
In Georgia, it is legal to record telephone conversations. Even though
the person Trump was talking to has died, the telephone conversation is still evidence that can be used in court. In other words, Trump's goose
is cooked.
As what I have heard is that Trump made a phone call telling the Secr of State to look at then evidence of fraud during the 2020 election i state...
The recording of that telephone call is evidence that can be used
against Trump in a court of law. Even though the Secretary of State
has died, the evidence remains. Please do keep up.
If Trump gets his day in court he might be able to show this evidence discovery.
Trump will be indicted on multiple counts in the state of Georgia.
The foreman has said so in a public interview. As a defendant, he will have the right to face his accusers. And answer all questions. Or be
a wimp, and plead the fifth.
It'll be interesting to see what happens...
He could always plead guilty (in both New York and Georgia) thus
avoiding a trial altogether.
True. There are a lot of 9/11 and Iraq war era laws and policies that, unless they are going to use them for what they were intended for... to protect American citizens from threats that have managed to already find their way onto our soil... need to go away.

The DA in New York is attempting to stretch a state crime, whose
statute of limitations has expired, into a federal crime. They have
delayed setting a grand jury because there are members of his office
who believe the charges are too flimsly to stick.
They would be better off concentrating on the issue in Georgia, where

Actually, I would include Kavanaugh as someone who would not have been appointed to the Supreme court if a proper vetting had been done. The accusations were not erroneous.

Why in some states they are killing the child upon birth?
Are they really?
Perhaps it is considered murder by your religion, but not by a majorityYou're barking up the wrong tree, with that comment. (with you blaming me and my religion.) Taking the stance that it is me against the world. Not quite, not by a long shot. In fact it is more true that the majority of Americans + people around globe are repulsed by abortion.
of Americans.
If you read up on Roe v Wade, you will know that even liberal judges knew the grounds it was based on were shakey. Democrats campained on that fact for years, claiming that too many Republicans in Congress, a Republican for President, etc., would lead to its reversal.
With that in mind can you explain why, during times when the Democrats had enough votes, abortion rights were never signed into law?
I cannot explain it, other than to suggest that they did not see the need
to make a law confirming what the Supreme Court had declared 50 years
ago.
Obama was not allowed to nominate his choice for Supreme Court Justice.

questions such as what if she was raped? I would wager that
the majority of these women know full well and in advance
what they are doing at the moment.
I have two things wrong with that paragraph of yours. The first is your blaming the victim of rape for getting pregnant. But even more
egregious is your pushing your religion onto everyone else.
When does life begin?
There is considerable difference of opinion on that.

The left says: it's a womens right to choose, but these
It should be. It is not right for a minority to push their religious beliefs onto them.
same people can not define what a women is, if that is not
What do you mean by that dog-whistle?
bad enough these same people believe that a man can get pregnant.
Where did that come from?
There comes a time where the conversation ends as it is
best to remain silent, because what this advocation is
still considered murder.
