Title: Curious George Banana Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

3 Ripe bananas, mashed
1 3/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Butter
2/3 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 ts Cinnamon

Mix the ingredients well, so there are no lumps. Put in
greased loaf pan. Bake at 350-|F/175-|C for one hour, or
until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
