Title: One Pot Beef Orzotto

Yield: 2 servings
225 g (4 oz) beef mince
1 Onion; chopped
2 Carrots; grated
150 g (5 oz) orzo pasta
4 tb Tomato puree
1 Beef stock cube
300 ml Water
1 ts Dried basil

100 g (3.5 oz) panko
100 H (3.5 oz) grated parmesan
Fry beef mince and add onion and carrots. Fry until
onions are soft, then add tomato puré and fry for a bit
longer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until
pasta is done. Add more water if it gets too dry.
Mix panko and cheese and sprinkle it over the dish. Bake
in the oven at 220ºC/425ºF until golden. Enjoy!
