Title: One Pot Bacon & Broccoli Pasta

Yield: 3 servings
170 g (6 oz) smoked bacon
1 lg Onion
2 cl Garlic
3 tb Butter
2 tb Plain flour
400 ml Milk
300 ml Water
225 g (8 oz) pasta
1 Head broccoli; in small
- florets (frozen is fine)
50 g Grated cheese
Black pepper
Cut the bacon and onion into pieces and finely chop the
garlic.
Fry the bacon in a pan until done and add butter, onion
and garlic, cook until onion is transparent.
Add the flour and mix well, then pour in the milk and
stir the sauce lump free.
Add remaining ingredients (but cheese) and simmer on low
heat for 10-20 minutes, until pasta is done. Add more
water if it looks too dry.
Take off the heat and add the cheese. Serve with some
extra cheese on top. Enjoy!
