3/4 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes w/chilies
1 1/4 c Tomato juice
4 oz Can chopped green chilies;
- drained
2 ts Chilli spice mix
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 c Packaged dried wagon-wheel
- pasta or elbow macaroni
1 c Loose-pack cut green beans
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until
meat is brown.
Add cooked pasta and vegetables and stir to mix.
To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
