Title: Speedy Cream Of Wild Rice Soup

Yield: 2 servings
1/2 c Water
4 1/2 ts Dried minced onion
2/3 c Cream of potato soup;
- undiluted
1/2 c Shredded Ementhal cheese
1/2 c Cooked wild rice
1/2 c Half & Half cream
2 sl Bacon: cooked, crumbled
In a small saucepan, bring water and onion to a boil.
Reduce heat. Stir in the potato soup, cheese, wild rice
and Half & Half cream; heat through (do not boil).
Garnish each serving with bacon.
