2 Celery ribs; chopped
1 lg Red bell pepper; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
2 tb A-P flour
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 c Vegetable broth

six 4 1/2" X 3" rectangles. Divide filling among centers
of 9 pastry rectangles. Brush edges of pastry with
beaten egg. Top with remaining pastry rectangles; press
edges with a fork to seal. Prick tops with a fork and
brush with beaten egg.
In batches, place pies in a single layer in a greased
air fryer. Cook until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
