    Peanut Butter `n Jelly Bars

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    3 c Flour
    1 c Sugar
    1 1/2 ts Baking powder
    1 c Butter -- softened
    2 Eggs -- beaten
    1 c Grape jelly
    2 c Reeses peanut butter chips
    - (12 oz)

    Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture
    resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in beaten eggs; stir until mixture is
    smooth. Reserve 1/2 mixture; press remaining half onto bottom of
    greased 9x13" pan.

    Spread jelly evenly over crust. Sprinkle 1 cup peanut butter chips
    over jelly. Crumble remaining dough over chips. Bake at 375?F for 30
    to 35 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with remaining
    1 cup chips. Cool; cut into squares.

    Brownie Peanut Butter Cups

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    21 oz Fudge brownie mix
    12 Reeses miniature peanut butter
    - cups -- unwrapped
    Eggs *
    Oil *
    Water *
    12 Paper muffin cups

    * Follow directions on box for oil, egg, and water.

    Heat oven to 350?F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.

    In large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg.

    Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3rds full.

    Press unwrapped peanut butter cup into batter until top edge of
    candy is even with batter.

    Bake at 350?F for 30 to 35 minutes or until brownie is set.

    Do not over-bake. Cool in muffin tin.

    Yield: 12 Cupcakes

    If smaller brownie mix is used, follow directions on box, but you
    probably will come up shy of 12 muffins.
