I wrote macros for vim that allow me to, after selecting the recipe I want in MealMaster, post a full recipe using four function keys. Now that I am more experienced, I probably could now do it with one function key! :D

(Edit: I later combined all three macros into one key and use a seperate function key to exit vim so I can proofread before I sent off the
    message.)

    I'm not lazy. I'm efficient!

    Nice work!

I know which OS MealMaster runs on. Which OS are you running vim on?

I'm using Slackware Linux with MM under DOSemu.

I don't know if you eat fish or not but here's a recipe I liked:

Title: Sweet & Sour Chili Stuffed Bell Peppers
    Categories: Stuffed veg, Vegetarian
    Yield: 4 Servings

    2/3 c Cheesy Sauce -OR-
    2/3 c Vegan cheddar; shredded
    1 c Tomato juice
    1 tb Cider vinegar
    2 ts Natural sugar

    down, to drain.

Preheat the oven to 350?F. In a large bowl, combine the chili, rice,
and cheesy sauce until well mixed. Fill the peppers with the chili
mixture and place them upright in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the tomato juice, vinegar, sugar, and chili
powder until well blended. Pour around the peppers and bake until
hot, about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
