Title: Mango Bread

2 c Mango; marinated in
- lemon juice
2 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs; beaten
3/4 c Oil
1 c Raisins (optional)

In a small bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and
sugar. In a large bowl put eggs and oil, mix in mango, and fold into
dry ingredients. Bake @ 350?F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
