Title: Date And Chili Chutney

1 lb Dates
Turmeric
3 tb Parsley
1/2 ts Salt
2 Hot green chiles;
- fresh or pickled
2 Lemons; juice and pulp of
2 tb Water
Put through blender. Mix well. Bottle and refrigerate. For 10 people,
will last about 3 weeks.
It is best to alternate ingredients as you puree. For example, a
handful of dates, small amount of parsley, 1 chili, more dates, etc.
This makes mixing easier.
