Title: Yogurt And Basil Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 Batch
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
2 cl Garlic; minced
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 c Nonfat plain yogurt
3 tb Fresh basil; chopped fine
Salt and pepper; to taste
Mix together the vinegars, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, and
pepper. Whisk in the yogurt. Add the chopped basil leaves. Serve with
your favourite mixed green salad mixture.
