Title: Irish Soda Farls

1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Sour milk or buttermilk

A good soda bread recipe for a camping trip, or whenever you need to
make bread quickly without an oven.

Sift dry ingredients together. Knead in the buttermilk until the
dough is soft, and turn onto a floured board. Roll out into a circle
1/4" thick and cut into quarters. Bake these on a medium-hot floured
griddle or cast-iron skillet for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes on each side.
