MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Baked Chicken & Mushrooms

Yield: 6 servings

6 Boned, skinned breast halves
- (4 oz ea)
1/4 ts Paprika
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 tb Butter
1/2 c Chicken broth
3 Green onions; chopped
1 cl Garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
3/4 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

Arrange chicken in a 13 X 9" baking dish coated with
cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered,
@ 350oF/175oC for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute mushrooms
in butter for 5 minutes. Add sherry or broth, green
onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour
over chicken.

Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Top with cheese. Bake for 3-5
minutes or until cheese is melted.
