Title: Monkey Bread Muffins

Yield: 1 1/2 dozen
33 oz (2 tubes) refrigerated
- buttermilk biscuits
1 c Sugar
1 tb Ground cinnamon
1 c Butter, melted
1 c Packed brown sugar
Set oven @ 350┬║F/175┬║C.
Line 22 muffin cups with foil liners. Cut each biscuit
into 8 pieces. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Toss biscuit
pieces in cinnamon sugar. Divide pieces into prepared
muffin tins. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
Combine butter and brown sugar; pour over the top. Bake
until dough is puffed and golden brown, 15-17 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
