MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Pecan Fingers

Yield: 1 Batch

2 1/2 c Cake flour -OR-
2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Butter
1/2 c Powdered sugar
Vanilla
Salt
2 c Pecans; chopped
Powdered sugar

Combine flour, butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and
pecans. Shape into fingers. Bake at 400?F for 10 to 12
minutes--watch. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
