      Title: Shrimp Mozambique

      Yield: 6 servings
 
      3 tb Olive oil
      1 md Onion; fine chopped
      6 cl Garlic; minced
      2 lb Uncooked U-20 shell-on
           - shrimp
  3 1/2 oz (2 env) Sazon w/coriander &
           - annatto
      2 ts Garlic salt
      2 ts Garlic powder
      2 ts Onion powder
      1 ts Paprika
      1    Bay leaf
     12 oz Beer

  1 1/2 c  Chicken broth
      1 ts Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Ketchup
      3 tb Chopped fresh parsley
           Hot cooked rice
 
  In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
  onion; cook and stir until tender, 4-5 minutes. Add
  garlic and shrimp; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in
  seasonings. Add beer and lemon juice; bring to a boil.
  Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until shrimp turn pink,
  10-15 minutes. Stir in ketchup and parsley; discard bay
  leaf. Serve with rice.
