Title: Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

2 lg Sweet potatoes, cut in thin
- strips
2 tb Canola oil
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Kosher salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper

Heat air fryer to 400┬║F/205┬║C

Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Place on greased
tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned,
10-12 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.
