      Title: Caesar Chicken

      Yield: 6 servings
 
      6    Boned, skinned chicken
           - breast halves (6 oz ea)
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
      1 c  Creamy Caesar salad
           - dressing
    1/2 c  Sour cream
      1 c  Caesar salad croutons;
           - crushed
    1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
      3 tb Butter; melted
           Chopped fresh parsley
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Pat chicken dry sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic
  powder. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
  In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and sour cream;
  spread over chicken.
  
  In a small bowl, combine crushed croutons, Parmesan
  cheese and melted butter; sprinkle over chicken. Bake,
  uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165°, 45-55
  minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
