MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Breaded Ranch Chicken
Categories: Five, Poultry, Cheese, Grains
Yield: 8 servings

1/4 c Unsalted butter; melted
3/4 c Crushed cornflakes
3/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz Env ranch salad dressing
- mix
8 Boned, skinned chicken
- breast halves (4 oz ea)

Set oven @ 350?F/175ºC.

Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl,
combine the cornflakes, cheese and salad dressing mix.
Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture
to coat.

Place in a greased 13" X 9" baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
