MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Tamale Pie

Yield: 6 Servings

3 lb Ground beef
2 c Whole kernel corn;
- well drained
1/4 c Corn meal
1/2 c Ripe olives; chopped
3/4 c Tomato paste
1 c Cheese; grated
1 md Onion; finely chopped
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Chili powder
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Heinz 57 sauce
2 tb Shortening

Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili
powder--brown in shortening. Stir in onion, corn, corn meal, olives,
Worcestershite sauce4, Heinz 57 sauce, and tomato paste. Pour into
deep 1-1/2 qt casserole dish--cover evenly with cheese. Bake in a
350?F oven until cheese melts--about 10 minutes.
