      Title: Classic Corn Chowder
 Categories: Vegetables, Potatoes, Dairy
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 lg Onion; chopped
    1/2 c  Butter
  2 1/2 c  Water
 21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream-style corn
      4 md Potatoes; peeled, in 1/2"
           - cubes
      2 c  Milk
  1 1/2 ts Salt
    3/4 ts Pepper
           Minced fresh parsley
 
  In a Dutch oven, saute onion in butter until tender. Add
  the water, corn and potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce
  heat; cover and simmer for 16-20 minutes or until
  potatoes are tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the
  milk, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until
  heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with
  parsley.
