Title: Asian Chicken Salad

Yield: 4 servings

8 oz Frozen, breaded chicken
- tenders
1/3 c Mayonnaise
3 tb Honey
2 tb Rice vinegar
1 1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Sesame oil
10 oz Bag hearts of romaine salad
- mix
14 oz Bag coleslaw mix
1/4 c Crispy chow mein noodles
1/3 c Sliced almonds; toasted

Cook chicken tenders according to package directions.
Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar,
mustard and sesame oil.

To serve, place romaine and coleslaw mixes in a large
bowl; toss with dressing. Divide among 4 plates. Cut
chicken into bite-sized pieces; place over salads.
Sprinkle with noodles and almonds.
