Title: Pixie Dust Cookies

Yield: 42 servings
3/4 c Plus 2 tablespoons butter,
- softened
1/4 c Sugar
2 c A-P flour
Pearl dust
Set oven @ 350┬║F/175┬║C.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Gradually beat
in flour (dough will be crumbly). Shape into a ball., On
a lightly floured surface, press dough to 1/2"
thickness. Cut with a floured 1" diamond-shaped cookie
cutter. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Sprinkle with pearl dust.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until firm. Cool on pans 2
minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
