Title: Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix

Yield: 5 Cups mix

2 c Dry milk powder
2 c Cconfectioners" sugar
1 c Baking cocoa
1/8 ts Ssalt

Sift milk powder, confectioners' sugar and cocoa through
a fine mesh sieve into an airtight container; stir in
salt. Seal; store in a cool, dry place.

To prepare, dissolve 5 tablespoons mix with 1 cup
boiling water; stir well.
