    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Caramelized Onion Dip
    Categories: Vegetables, Dairy, Dips
    Yield: 2 Cups

    2 lg Onions; fine chopped
    2 tb Olive oil
    3/4 c Sour cream
    3/4 c Plain Greek yogurt
    3 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Salt

    MMMMM--------------------------DIPPERS-------------------------------
    Potato chips
    Corn chips
    Assorted fresh vegetables

    In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until softened.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally,
    for 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool
    completely.

    In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, onion
    powder and salt; stir in two-thirds cooked onions.
    Transfer to a serving bowl; top with remaining onions.
    Serve with chips and vegetables.

    Title: Orange Marmalade Meatballs
    Categories: Five, Beef, Citrus, Chilies, Vegetables
    Yield: 20 Meatballs

    22 oz Bag frozen fully cooked
    - Angus beef meatballs
    12 oz Jar orange marmalade
    1/4 c Orange juice
    3 Green onions; chopped,
    - divided
    1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded,
    - chopped

    Prepare meatballs according to package directions.

    In a small saucepan, heat the marmalade, orange juice,
    half the green onions, and the jalapeno.

    Place meatballs in a serving dish; pour glaze over the
    top and gently stir to coat. Garnish with remaining
    green onions.
