Title: Graham Cracker Pancakes

Yield: 1 Batch

1/2 c Flour
4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Graham crackers;
- coarsely crumbled
2 tb Oil

Soak graham crackers in milk for 5 minutes before adding to rest of
the ingredients. Delicious served with warm apple sauce.
